During this 1-year contract project, my responsibility was to develop the course curriculum for the e-commerce training program, conduct course preview and the training of the e-commerce program. During my tenure, I successfully developed the eCommerce Curriculum and kickstarted the e-commerce training, and successfully trained over 120 participants to embrace digital e-commerce business solutions.

I was tasked to streamline the operations of the foundation and to implement an IT solution to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the foundation as a whole.I managed the Administrative, Finance, and HR departments, hiring and training of new staff/volunteers to work well within the new integrated SOP framework.During my tenure with the foundation, I successfully commissioned the IT system and revised the SOP for managing the Donation and Donation-In-Kind.
