• Acting as a brand representative reflective of the company values and partners with the Visual Merchandising Manager on the creation of an engaging visual experience that appeals to the UO customer• Actively participating as the floor service leader by driving engagement in each zone through elevated communication; guides the team to prioritize the customer experience and achieve store objectives• Supporting the service experience, visual processes, and business operations to achieve an engaging and inspiring store environment• Working Collaboratively with key partners while fostering an environment of continual growth and development.

• Demonstrate clear communication, training, and coaching to assist in setting expectations on customer engagement, store policies and procedures as well as fostering a strong team• Assist in maximizing store profitability by achieving store sales goals• Ensure that store standards and processes for merchandising, operations, staffing, and community engagement are well executed• Maximize store sales, achieve store sales goals, and monitor sales progress & results against key targets• Support the Store Manager with networking, attracting, recruiting, and interviewing high caliber talent• Provide direct coaching, feedback, training, and supervision of the associates, ensuring that all company policies and procedures are followed and in compliance

• Create a world-class customer experience by providing passionate customer service and selling through customer engagement.• Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex transactions.• Ensure customer lines are minimized, direct flow of customers, and ensure each customer receives outstanding customer service by providing a friendly environment.

• Effectively schedule ocean and/or air bookings for both hazardous and nonhazardous materials, simple and complex cargo shipments.• Ensure the complete and timely delivery of freight by attaining knowledge from clients in order to satisfy their needs and completing paperwork that meets stringent requirements.• Be able to request, then negotiate, freight quotations to include details such as container capacities, packing dimensions and weights & coding
