Responsible for introducing our new femto laser technology in particular to the pharmaceutical and beverage industry.The Trackinside technology allows for the high-speed marking of primary packaging for the pharmaceutical industry inside glass or on the surface of aluminium at 600 per minute giving each unit its own identity for mass serialisation. The technology comprises of a marking, reading and handling compact module which can be inserted into existing production lines or integrated into new production lines. We specialise in the high-speed marking of syringes, vials, cartridges and ampoules.The technology has already been proven & implemented onto pharmaceutical production lines.In the case of glass, the TRACKinside technology is a breakthrough non-aggressive subsurface marking system particularly suited for glass recipients such as vials and syringes. It has been proven to be the only way to mark a glass primary package whereby no additional testing or approval is necessary. The individual data matrix embedded below the surface of the glass can be machine read on production lines or later in the marketplace. For the marking of aluminium we use a specially optimised fibre laser.We can also combine it together with the “TBS Scan-Code” coding system which can be seamlessly integrated into ERP systems not only to alleviate mixups but to be linked with secondary and tertiary mass serialisation.
