Established and monitored the continuous improvement activities for 10 facilities & 3 Lean Engineers. Provided multisite leadership, direction, and guidance in the implementation of Lean and Best Practice strategies in collaboration with Executive Leadership & Divisional Lean Leaders and consistent with functional, business and broad company objectives.

•Develops and manages the Continuous Improvement organization, in partnership with business leadership and HR, where appropriate. Effectively communicate to all levels within the organization the Lean Roadmap, successes achieved, Lessons Learned and planned lean activities.•Drive and execute lean and continuous improvement initiatives including value steam mapping processes, kaizen events, 5S, DMAIC and other lean tools and principles.•Create processes and metrics to track the performance of lean activities and ensure sustainability. Acts as a change agent to instill lean culture throughout the plant.•Assist with lean implementation during each Journey to Premier plant event. Tracks, measures, and reports progress on improvements using standard, established Key Performance Indicators (KPI)•Train members of the plant on the use of lean manufacturing techniques and serve as a mentor and coach to the plant Site Leaders
