As Policy Officer within the Risk and Compliance team, I undertook research and analysis and advised on matters relating to the Department's Enterprise Risk Framework, Compliance Framework, associated policies and procedures and additional governance subject matter areas such as complaints handling in line with ISO standards and public sector best practice.
