In the veteran community, and society as a whole, Mental ill-health has become a national crisis.By national averages, 1 in 5 of your workmates suffer from mental ill-health.The current (reactive) model isn't working. Its time for proactive interventions.That's exactly what the team of combat veterans at Swiss 8 are building.Compiling all the tools we used to overcome anxiety, depression and adjustment disorder, we built the Swiss 8 app. A digital program that teaches users how to implement 8 core principles of health and lifestyle. All scientifically proven in their own right to reduce anxiety and depression. The first of its kind, this is a holistic program provides your team with a physical and mental health program, all in one place.
