Led the Administration/Operations Department of the firm including such functions as emergency response, facilities management, real estate construction projects, food service, conference scheduling, event planning, physical security, casualty insurance management, travel, reprographics, and office administration. Also led the firm's crisis management team which addressed COVID-19 issues such as office closings and openings, safely protocols, and matters related to return-to-work.

Led the Information Services Department of the firm including such functions as information technology, information security, data analytics, information governance, records, project management, business relationship management, research, library, contract administration, procurement, and technology training across the firm's global footprint.

Directed, provided leadership, and coordinated the operational and strategic technology and information-related activities of the Firm. Responsible for IT, Records, and Library functions and participated in and leads Firm-wide initiatives related to process optimization, automation, and information delivery. Directed, created and managed information security processes and identified tools and services to enhance protection of confidential information. Negotiated and administered Firm-wide information resource and service contracts. Prepared and managed overall budget for various information-related functions including substantial capital and operating budget initiatives.

Directed and provided leadership to Knowledge Management, Library & Research Services, Document Lifecycle Services (formerly Records), and Enterprise Content Services staff.

Directed and provided leadership to Business Relationship Management, Programs and Planning, Strategy and Architecture, IS Process and Governance, and Information Security staff.

Lead a senior team of business relationship managers responsible for embedding themselves into various business units of the Firm – both administrative and practice departments – to better align IT with the needs of the Firm.
