I am a highly commercial and versatile Finance Director/ CFO/ COO with over 20 years’ international experience, including 15 years leading Finance and Operations teams in Media and Professional Services in both the listed and independent sectors.I have a passion for developing and supporting commercial relationships and a proven track record in supporting client teams to win and retain business. This includes pre and post pitch analysis, negotiation with clients and procurement, extensive networking at senior levels and directly sourcing leads and new work.I have experience working in Europe, the USA, South America, Africa and Asia. I am a fluent German speaker, and have travelled and worked extensively in Germany over the last 20 years.I have worked in communications for 15 years with a 1 year "sabbatical" in advertising as Commercial Director at BBH. I joined Hotwire as Global CFO in February 2016 and founded our in house band "The Borderless Thinkers" with members from around the world - one gig per year at our all hands Bootcamp - but we rock!In 2018 I was named as one of the UK CFOs of the year by CFO monthly. In 2019, I was named International CFO of the year at the FD's Excellence Awards in London. I was the first CFO to appear on the PRMoment podcast for senior PR industry leaders. I have also appeared on SkyNews to represent Hotwire's work on Generation Alpha and presented at events in the UK and Germany.
