• Review existing operations for optimization opportunities, specifically using automation and mechanization to improve productivity, accuracy and/or reduce labor fatigue• Develop automation concepts and detailed calculations for new and existing manufacturing facilities• In house automation machine design and Sourcing for automation / equipment vendors and jointly develop detailed solution and costing• Recommend internal business owners on automation options, including investment costs and returns• Project manage and lead automation projects, from conceptualization through delivery and stabilization
