Mindcraft Learning is an organisation founded after we realised that there were huge gaps in the primary sector education design which were either not being addressed, or even more concerning, that the technical solutions being offered seemed to be driven by opportunism rather than real passion for making a difference. Our primary focus is on discovering ways to provide affordable or ideally free or sponsored education of an equivalent high standard to children of all levels, in Africa. Our medium is technology, which we realise makes access for under-priveleged children very tricky, and we are constantly exploring ways to overcome these barriers.While we build out the solutions mentioned, our business also provides traditional ed-tech consulting and design services, focused more on assisting organisations develop their own in-house skills throguh mentorship, but assisting with supplementation at they take the journey.

● Responsible for all aspects of developing and managing the divisional strategy and         product line.     ● The product included IT operational support and maintenance, hardware and software         acquisition, administration, project planning and implementation and tactical and strategic         planning of infrastructure and solutions for a number of clients as well as the other         divisions of Websoft.     ● The customer base included around 25 small to medium businesses, of sizes ranging         from 20 staff to a listed business with multiple branches across Southern Africa. Revenue         was roughly R7 million per annum.     ● Acquired regional sales rights for a number of IT management products which the division         marketed and implemented at a number of large listed clients.     ● Performed both divisional strategic and operational functions internally, as well providing         these services to certain clients with regards Information Technology. Member of         executive committee and reported to the board on divisional performance.
