Adrian is a professional civil engineer with an overall and combined 24 years of experience in construction and insurance industry, responsible for managing the engineering and risk services for Energy and Construction underwriters and clients. • 07 Years - Insurance Industry (Risk Engineering, Construction All Risk and Erection All Risk) • 17 Years - Construction Industry (EPC, General Contractor and Project Management)Adrian holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Civil Engineering from Mapua University in Philippines. He holds a professional civil engineer license, both in Dubai, U.A.E. and Manila Philippines. Also, he is a member of U.A.E. Society of Engineers and an accredited civil engineer by Dubai Municipality, U.A.E. Adrian has conducted “construction risk assessment surveys (CAR/EAR) and risk control services”. Most of his construction surveys involves high-rise buildings, malls, airports, railways & metro stations, reclaimed ports & harbors, marine jetties, roads, bridges, power plants, LNG & oil refineries, and gas processing plant projects in Middle East, Russia, and part of Asia. Adrian joined us from San Jose Construction where he was a Civil Engineer (specialized in civils + wet works) and worked in the “Louvre Museum” iconic project in Abu Dhabi, UAE. In his prior position as a construction project engineer, he was employed at JT Metro Joint Venture (Obayashi / Kajima / Mitsubishi Construction – a Japanese joint venture contractor) for the Dubai Metro railway project, and at Overseas AST Company for multiple UAE projects in the commercial and energy industry handling civil, marine, and infrastructure projects.Adrian has completed numerous trainings and seminars in regards with the construction, engineering & design software’s including CAD, Sketch-up, STAAD PRO and Primavera project scheduling.
