With 35 years’ experience designing & delivering technology enabled transformation in ambitious high growth organisations and global enterprises, my working life began in 'real' engineering, before moving on to Operations Management and Technology Leadership. Executive life culminated as the CIO / Board Director of a highly respected global manufacturing/engineering group. My personal focus is designing & building modern digital operating models that drive improved business performance and help integrate technology for strategic business advantage.My work is underpinned by a deep understanding of organisational design, systems thinking, operational excellence and customer experience which I wrap in hard work, deep curiosity, a willingness to learn and share whilst respecting all those around us as we go about our work. Alongside my work I enjoy life outdoors, cycle way too much, experience the highs and lows of England rugby, love Northern Spain and Jules x.
