I am a Registered and Court Appointed Liquidator.I commenced my career in the insolvency and turnaround field upon completing my university studies in 1999. I have in excess of 20 years experience in administering all types of corporate and personal insolvency, including trading and non trading receiverships, voluntary administrations, official liquidations, creditors’ and members’ voluntary liquidations, deeds of company arrangement, bankruptcy, Part IX Debt Agreements, Part X and Composition arrangements. I also have experience in court appointed dispute resolution matters as well as informal arrangements with creditors and business valuation appointments. During this time, I have been involved in the sale of businesses as a going concern, the turnaround and re-quotation of listed entities on the Australian Stock Exchange and undertaken specific investigations into insolvent trading, unfair preferences, uncommercial transactions, as well as the litigation of matters of this type. I have experience in a range of industries including retail, manufacturing, building and construction, aged care and child care. I hold a Bachelor of Commerce (Accounting) degree and am a member of the Chartered Accountants Australia and New Zealand and the Australian Restructuring Insolvency & Turnaround Association.
