In my previous employed roles I've led a company’s service function, overseen a team of engineers and admin staff whilst managing the annual spend, increasing profitability and providing excellent customer service. I’m proud to have worked for 15+ years in both the podiatry and fitness sectors, I’ve worked in all areas of the business and enjoyed the challenge of helping a rapidly expanding small business become the UK’s market leader in podiatry supplies.One of my proudest moments was securing one of the company's largest single tenders for a local NHS trust. From initial inquiry to delivery, this successful contract ensured a long lasting business relationship for many years. I’m truly passionate about my work and always eager to connect with other healthcare professionals. While I enjoy all aspects of my job, I think my favourite stage is using my product knowledge to find a solution to a particularly challenging requirement.
