CurrentTimelyText provides talent and services for instructional design, technical writing, corporate and marketing communications, editing, as well as project management of training, documentation, and communication-related projects. Since joining Ronnie Duncan in getting TimelyText off the ground in 2003, my focus has been our people! In my role, I check in with our associates, as often as necessary, to help ensure a successful engagement and fulfillment of their personal and professional goals. I am a skilled and highly experienced writer, allowing me to provide real professional guidance to associates in their client assignments. I strive to build personal relationships with the people who choose to work with TimelyText. In that way, I can be effective as a sounding board, a coach, a mentor; whatever seems appropriate, in person or over the phone. I have celebrated their victories with them and walked them through their difficulties, both at work and in their personal lives. I maintain relationships (with both employees and clients) through reporting, networking, and direct regular contact.
