Heading the team responsible for talent management; learning and development; and engagement for the organisation. Responsible for all strategy, activities and deliverables under those functions.

Managing all talent and succession management-related activities. Responsible for conducting training of core leadership programs. Managing all employee engagement activities.

Responsible and involved in all Job Management, Employee Engagement and Talent Development-related activities (for Group 1 and 2) for the Group. Designs, executes, administrates, monitors and consults on all activities that exist to support these processes.

Manages, designs and suggests changes to policies and procedures relating to organisational development. Facilitates implementation of appropriate change management initiatives associated with organisational transition activities. Initiates culture-building exercises. Supports the goal of establishing the human capital of the organisation as a critical component in accomplishing business goals.

Responsible for the overall management of the Australia Legal/North Asia production unit that consists of 7 Team Leaders and 68 production staff members (sub-editors and production editors). One of my key deliverable was to set the overall strategy and direction for the department which includes working with our business partners in Australia, China and Hong Kong, mapping the growth track of everyone in my department and managing key issues affecting work.
