Under their leadership, the team has grown from 3 to 20 people within the first 18 months and has built partnerships with multinational and local brands such as Adidas, Carlsberg Group, Coca-Cola, DBS Bank, Fonterra, General Mills, HSBC Life, Kimberly-Clark, Oatly, etc. In addition, they adapted to the business environment by introducing new offerings for clients, such as video production capabilities and leveraging the entertainment industry to enhance their creative work. They extended their creative thinking to the entertainment department, creating innovative solutions for song promotion, concert marketing, and concert content creation.Prior to the above, Adrian worked for multinational network agencies such as Ogilvy and DDB, where she led the APAC Unilever Lipton business for 5 years and the Greater China The Laughing Cow business for 3 years. She was also a founding member of mcgarrybowen Hong Kong, where the office grew from 3 people to over 20 in less than two years. At DDB Group HK, she led the Tribal DDB unit, the digital and social media arm of the agency, working on brands such as McDonald's and Volkswagen. Together with two creative leads, she set up the first integrated team at DDB Group offering integrated services from ideation to delivery.
