Made scanners work with existing thin clients.▪ Diagnosed and resolved end-user network, wireless, and local printer problems, as well as PC hardware/software, applications, email, Internet, and LAN access issues. ▪ Created, configured, and managed virtual sessions using VMware software.▪ Documented helpdesk issues and tracked progress through Track-It! management system. ▪ Rapidly responded to business users, utilizing strong communication skills to interpret concerns. Diagnosed problems and performed repairs.
