I like to merge two worlds: psychology and design. For over a decade I've led a small boutique agency where I've worked with many business and CEOs on their branding, web presence and their inner processes and team's soft skills. To me, both things are intertwined, the culture (people) and how we communicate what happens behind the screen or the brand, to captivate and make people fans of their work.For the past 15 years, I've been living with a chronic illness, a journey that made me go deep in psychology, becoming a NLP coach and studying the nervous system and how it impacts our life, productivity and creativity. This has made me sort of a wizard in making things efficient and user-friendly. I streamlined all my agencies processes to make them fast, website-in-a-week fast, and more profitable.Also, I like to have fun. Whether working with companies to mentor their employees or clients, or contributing to social programs, I bring a friendly, light, yet highly knowledgeable approach to every project.As for me: I love dogs, enjoy video games, fantasy YA novels, tech and decorating my house (much to my husband's chagrin).
