The Organization of American States is the main political, juridical, and social governmental forum in the Hemisphere that brings together all 35 independent states of the Americas www.oas.orgI worked as a project manager of the Section of Competitiveness, Innovation and Technology and lead coordinator of two networks: 1) The Inter-American Competitiveness Network (RIAC); and 2) The Americas Competitiveness Exchange Network (ACE).Some accomplishments were:- Played an instrumental role in the creation, expansion, and growth of the ACE program which is recognized as the Premier Economic Development, Innovation and Entrepreneurial Network of the Americas; an initiative funded by the U.S. Department of Commerce and the Department of State- Created and managed a vibrant community of 1,500+ global leaders from the public, private, and academic sectors- Designed and implemented the perspective of Diversity, Equity, and Inclusion as a cross-cutting theme of projects, initiatives, and events- Created the RIAC Covid Ideas Accelerator: a platform to support economic recovery in light of COVID-19 - www.riacevents.org/COVID/- Influenced the creation of 18+ Centers of Innovation and Business Development- Supported the creation of 12+ Innovative Solutions and Services to Empower Women Entrepreneurs, Youth, and other Underrepresented Groups - Organized 50+ events, technical exchanges, and webinars, including 10 Ministerial Meetingsand 16 Americas Competitiveness Exchange week-long programs

The RIAC is a regional platform that brings together High-Level Authorities and other key stakeholders leading the Competitiveness, Innovation, and Economic Development agendas of the OAS Member States of the Organization of American States (OAS).The RIAC promotes policy dialogue, exchange of experiences and collaborative initiatives among decision-makers from the public, private, and academic sectors to foster inclusive and sustainable economic development in the Americas.In the context of RIAC, the OAS convenes the Americas Competitiveness Forum (ACF), the Americas Competitiveness Exchange (ACE), the Group of Experts on Subnational Competitiveness (GTECS), and presents the RIAC Covid-19 Ideas Accelerator.

As part of the work performed at the Organization of American States, I was the project manager and lead coordinator of the Premier Economic Development, Innovation, and Entrepreneurial Network of the Americas (ACE) which has impacted over 30K beneficiaries. I also had the honor to serve as an ACE Committee Member. Over 1,500 global and regional leaders transforming economic development are part of ACE. ACE is supported and funded by the U.S. Economic Development Administration (EDA) and the U.S. Department of State.
