In my role as an IT Consultant, I am responsible for implementing new systems and overseeing the development of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). One of the key projects I led was the successful implementation of a new Electronic Medical Records (EMR) system, which has significantly increased operational efficiency, reduced system downtime, and enhanced the quality of patient care.Despite initially lacking experience in a hospital environment, I leveraged my knowledge of both business and IT to navigate challenges and ensure the hospital’s systems align with regulatory requirements. I maintain constant communication with staff and departments to understand their needs and provide solutions that bridge IT with clinical operations.My long-term goal is to drive the hospital's digital transformation, helping it stay current with technological advancements and streamline healthcare processes for a better patient and staff experience.
