As an IT Support Leader at E-core, I have the privilege of leading an exceptional team that goes above and beyond to provide the best customer support. I’ve been working with Customer Support for 7 years and I’m passionate about helping people and solving problems. I believe that building genuine connections with the individuals behind every support request makes a great customer support experience.As a senior support engineer, I was able to help save developers' time by troubleshooting level-3 issues and avoiding unnecessary escalations. I had a lot of fun investigating tricky problems and I’m still excited to understand how things work and discover how stuff can go wrong. My journey as a Team leader has started officially in 2022, I have a personal goal of impacting people’s lives in a positive way and the leadership position has been helping me with that.
