Lead/Group product manager owning the issuer and verifier (partners) onboarding and management experience stream of the NSW Government's Digital Identity and Verifiable Credentials product.I lead multiple squads of product managers, designers and engineers who are accountable for building scalable and self-serving products to onboard new issuers and verifiers of new credentials. These digital solutions will help scale and build adoption of this new strategic priority for the NSW Government.I engage with private, industry parties to educate them of the capabilities and benefits of utilising this new, digital future and providing them with the information on how they can be a part of the ecosystem we are developing. Showcasing and share backs of our progress, allows for greater adoption and momentum.Achievements:- Endorsed strategy and funding secured for initial phase of build serving organisations- Selected as one of the judging panel members to assess the winner of the 2022 Secretary's Award, the showcase award for our overall Department of Customer Service cluster
