About Adriel Moro

For more than 20 years I’ve been mixing a variety of technologies and process agility approaches (like: Lean, Toyota Production System, BPM, Scrum, Kanban, Design Thinking and others) with a strong purpose of helping organizations and their people to continuously improve their strategies, their methods, processes, customer relationship and specially their cultures, their mindsets.I’ve never stopped learning and experimenting whichever necessary to make the organizations more agile and fit for the purpose of their clients and always leading teams with “the skin in the game”.The last years I’ve been using a Systems Thinking approach while playing roles like Product Owner, Agile Coach/Expert, Business Consultant, Solutions Architect and Software Developer. I also have become a Bizagi Platform for Digital Processes (www.bizagi.com) specialist.
