Set, execute and monitor the transformation of a workshop into a “one piece flow” production line to reach the Quality/Cost/Delay goals set to respond to the client’s evolving needs and adapting the line to a handicapped worker.Activities :• Deploy the lean basic tools such as 5S, Visual Management, ...• Put in place a Kaizen dynamic with the workers• Create a VSM• Optimize the workflow within the workshop• Modify and optimize the production orders• Transform the workshop into a production line (Sequence the production to match the Takt Time, Add a Kanban System to refill the stock, …)• Order new equipment more suited to the needs
