o Responsible for utility-scale (20 MW to 400MW) wind and solar project and business development in the Oman, Lebanon, Jordan, Egypt and Mongolia • Strategy definition to target new countries in the area depending on regulatory frameworks, wind and solar resources, Grid strength, bankability, competition and technical, environmental and social added value of the company• Partners sourcing in the targeted countries and co-development agreement negotiation • Activity, office and team creation and management in Mongolia• Project development and acquisition management,• Wind, solar and storage public tenders response lead

o Wind farm development and acquisition in France, Uruguay, West Indies and Turkey (>1000 MW)• Technical feasibility: wind and power assessment, wind turbines layout, electrical grid connection, land lease and servitudes, environmental and social impact study, overall permitting and authorization process. • Due diligence and risk assessment for acquisition of projects under development or in operation.o Procurement and contracting in France, Turkey and Uruguay (200 MW): Call for tender and contract negotiation with wind turbine manufacturers and civil and electrical construction companies.o Bankability and project finance in France and Turkey• Fulfillment of international lenders requirements (project development and contracts) for non-recourse project finance, leading of technical audit and advisors management.• Cash flow modeling, sensitivity and profitability study.o Wind farm construction supervision in France: project owner of 4 wind farms (70 MW): compliance with technical specifications, costs and planning, and management of the stakeholders (contractors, Grid operator, administrations, and local community)o Energy sales: electricity markets analysis and power purchase agreements proposals for wind assets, matching between intermittent production and electricity demando Management of the wind and solar power production forecast business unito Corporate officer of 2 wind assets (50 MW)• General management of the production, performances, turn-over and operational expenses.• Reporting to Board members as well as lenders and investors.
