Living in Barcelona since 2017, I am also fluent in French, English, and Spanish.My most recent experience was as a Subject Matter Expert/Content Moderator at TELUS International. I contributed to improving quality, safety, and user satisfaction for over 4 years, being recognized for my professionalism, excellent results, and ability to take good decisions quickly.I am also a co-founder and co-president of the Level Up Project, a non-profit organization promoting alternative electronic music in France and internationally, supporting young local artists since 2015 through event organization and label management.For 2024, I aim to embark on a new adventure and bring my energy, creativity, and experience to a dynamic and passionate team.
