Through understanding purpose, strengthening collaboration and working to unlock continually more of the high potential latent in every person in the organisation, I strive to make our organisation provide as much value as possible for the health sector and society.Although my earlier exprience was based on technical improvements, the last ten years has given me the chance to experience how to achieve local and broader cultural changes. I mainly work on how to unite groups and individuals around common purpose and understanding, and how to create the patterns for learning, improvement and collaboration towards real value for society.
