Large Venture is an active shareholder, with a long term vision. The fund always coinvests, preferably as Lead Investor, in rounds over 20m€. It has invested in c.75 companies.

- Revised business plan for investors, produced 4 financial statements and an analysis on 10+ metrics- Advised CEO and COO based on financial projections and helped reframe fundraising round to €5m

- Fully evaluated 20+ digital health start-ups: review of technology and trial results, market fit analysis- Co-Wrote material to defend 2 deals in investment committees (IMs, Due Diligence)- Redesigned the fund’s dealflow management tool independently and proactively

- Rigorously and independently managed 60+ operational projects after a 2 weeks learning period- Analysed market, sales, and inventory data (excel) to design, present and defend marketing plans- Liaised with colleagues and suppliers to initiate and manage projects (budgets up to 85k€)

- Managed a team of 3 student programmers to create a £6k mobile application- Liaised independently with over 10 test houses to establish accurate quotes and negotiate £35k contract- Performed research, internal audit, pitches, and acted as liaison to suppliers and test houses- Designed software features to increase investor value

- Engaged with 8 analysts to produce strategic analyses for a large tech company ($150m revenue)- Presented to CFO and received praise for insights on Open Banking- Assessed the impact of Open Banking on market share and revenue through numerical estimates

- Initiated and managed the creation of a Junior Enterprise (JE)- Led a team of 7 volunteers and successfully launched first 2 projects- Raised £750 from the college in funds and created a legal framework for the JE- Received praise from JE network representatives for reaching incorporation within 1 year

- Developed a statistical model for eczema severity prediction- Among the 50 students awarded with an EPSRC vacation bursary of £2,5k- Further improved technical knowledge in and image processing, modelling and machine learning- Learned to wrangle and visualise data from 292 patients and over 40 sources using R(programming language)

- Developed a method of evaluating eczema severity using patient images- Used Python (programming language) for Machine Learning, image processing and feature generation- Trained an eczema severity classification algorithm with an accuracy of 94%

- Attended alone to around 100 international clients a day, while handling sensitive content(transfers, cheques…)- Received very positive review and felicitations from branch manager
