An external consulting project with the emlyon MBA program.I Advised C-level executives on innovative ways to develop a start-up ecosystem. Benchmarked and networked with big actors of the European markets to finally define the right value proposition for start-ups, investors and ecosystem’s partners based on the agency’s strengths & weaknesses.

I led a project team of 10 people for a portfolio of 4 locomotives, fret & passenger, for 2 railway customers (Kazakhstan & Azerbaijan).Each product was at a different stage (design, manufacturing, commercial service, warranty) and part of a complex contractual structure with several international entities (Alstom units, Kazakh JV, Russian partners...) in a multicultural environment (Belfort, Astana, Baku).

Responsible for the supply of critical components for the end of the series of locomotives, I led a purchasing team of 8 peoples to successfully provide on time the production while solving the long-lasting supplier claims blocking the supplies.

Realized a saving of 400K€ on a 1,3M€ portfolio by defining creatively new supply strategies.

Attached to the Project launch team of the second biggest construction project worldwide, I autonomously developed and assessed across the GCC countries a new network of 200 companies while implementing locally a $600M purchasing strategy and advising strategic purchasers.Arabe Rail Industry expert, I spoke during events for high executives at the French embassy as well as initiated and organized a "Riyadh Metro suppliers event" with the Chamber of Commerce of Riyadh.
