L'activité de la Clinique juridique consiste à fournir des informations relatives à la situation juridique du bénéficiaire dans le but de l'orienter vers des organismes ou professionnels compétents. Cette expérience de bénévolat m'a permis de mettre en pratique la théorie obtenue au cours de mes études. Ainsi, lors de nos réunions avec les bénéficiaires, nous recueillions des informations détaillées sur leurs situations pour orienter au mieux nos recherches juridiques. En conséquence, j'ai pu participer à des recherches juridiques, à la préparation de notes de synthèse ainsi qu'à des réunions de restitution................................................................................................................................................................................................................During the 2022-2023 academic year, I have been selected to become a student clinician at the Clinique Juridique de Poitiers. Because I had chosen to study Public Law during my third year of my law degree, I decided to specialise in the Public Law Department. The Clinique Juridique's role is to provide information about the client's legal situation with a view to directing them to the appropriate organisations or professionals. This experience of volunteering enabled me to put into practice the theory I had learned during my studies. During our meetings with beneficiaries, we gathered detailed information about their situations so that we could focus our legal research as effectively as possible. I was able to take part in legal research, prepare briefing notes and take part in feedback meetings. Show less
