- Responsible to manage financial metrix in Windows, Patio Door, Garage Doors. - Work in tandem with the Merchant to identify assortment, pricing and merchandising opportunities to enhance profitability - Responsible for kitchen accessories subclass, including assortment, pricing, and promotions- Execute capital initiatives blueprints, exit strategies and partnership with vendor community to assure smooth execution- Manage planogram and guides process for reset and new stores- Plan and conduct line review to grow most opportunity categories i.e.; kitchens- Maintain strong vendor partnerships to mutually grow market share and profitability for ensure THD is top of mind with the customer

- Develop game plans for new program rollouts through the electronic catalogue (Edgenet) and Special Order SOAR initiatives (Tool Kiosk)- Managed the Direct To Home Program within the Millwork Dept. and expanded the program in the isolated markets to continue our level of customer service across Canada - Kept New store process in compliance with the critical path

- Handle all flooring loss for insurance claims with Aviva and State Farm Insurance (i.e.: carpet, pad, laminate, hardwood, ceramic and VCT Tile- Prepare new roll-outs from the program into different market- Download and deliver reports for At Home Services Senior Management Team- Help communicate to the stores for support in regards to At Home Services

- Oversee all aspects of installed product and services sold by Home Depot- Handling customer complaints by getting in contact with the vendors and installers in a timely manner - Obtaining charge-back numbers to ensure Store budgets are maintained- Training other associates how to sell an installed project in Flooring, Millwork and Kitchens Project Co-ordinator - Assisting customers in purchasing and expediting their installs.- Co-ordinating installs with the installers and vendors. - Dealing in a professional manner when there was any problems during and after the install. - Visiting the homes of customers to verify and oversee that installations were done to the satisfaction of the customer
