I work with manufacturers, national retail chains for prepared foods, and national restaurant chains. Primarily focused on gaining new business and obtaining new accounts.

• Directly manage $12M of sales and oversee an additional $9M. Including: Whole Foods, Roundy’s, Safeway, Supervalu, Schnuck's, Albertson's, Brookshire, C&S, Maple Leaf, Trader Joe’s, Meijer's, and European Imports.• Work directly with the CEO and COO with strategic planning of customer growth and product development.• Create and implement strategic sales plans and budgets.• Consult and develop capacity and production forecasts with the Director of Operations.• Manage all frozen marketing for the company, inclusive of: developing point of sales material, creating new packaging/labels and product development.• Directly manage the accounting, production, packaging and freight departments through the process of adding new products to existing and new accounts.• Establish in depth working relationships and manage activities at all levels within Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical, and Operations.• Responsible as the company’s internal auditor for our BRC audit.• Manage and organize trade and distribution shows from initial planning through succession, such as: NRA (National Restaurant Association) and IDDBA (International Dairy-Deli-Bakery Association) Shows.

Specifically, category knowledge, competitive environment, line differentiations amongst the competition, targeted accounts, plate price profile, and plating options.• Established product development, pricing, accounts receivable and menu creation.• Developed and maintained marketing material, point of sales sheets and company’s website.• Worked directly with vendors to create new packaging platforms for new and current products.• Trained and mentored 7 internal staff members and 6 external brokers. • Established in depth working relationships and managed activities at all levels within Purchasing, Supply Chain, Marketing, Technical and Operations.
