Stepped into the new role of Interim President & CEO effective April 3rd and was appointed permanently to the CEO role on September 22, 2015. I am excited to continue ECA's pursuit of our Strategic Framework and growth strategies while continuing to build on our strong foundation of high clinical quality, innovative memory care programming, leadership development throughout the organization, and leveraging technology to support great results.

Moved from VP of Operations into a new role of VP of Strategy and Business Development effective March 2014 for the same company - Elder Care Alliance. In my new role, I will continue to lead the strategic planning efforts of the organization, pursuing two of our key macro-strategies of Growth and Diversification of Service Mix and Research, Creation, Innovation. As we look to grow the bricks and mortar side of the business, we will also be focusing on how to maximize our impact by delivering services out into the community. This is especially true for the innovative and transformational programming we have implemented in our memory care neighborhoods.

As VP of Operations, aside from the typical duties assigned to this role, I led the team that implemented a fullscale software implementation of a fully integrated software solution and Electronic Health Records in both assisted living and skilled nursing. In all, 24 modules were implemented over a nine month period. Additionally, we are in the final phase of implementing a new philosophy of care in our memory care neighborhoods that has resulted in transformational programming. I oversaw the strategic planning process for ECA's East Bay plan which included the two founding communities as well as the corporate strategic planning process.

A Lutheran church extension fund where investors made investments in cd and money market type instruments and those funds were in turn loaned to congregations for building and remodels.In charge of all daily operations, overseeing investor relations, borrower relationships, loan underwriting, finance, marketing and work with the Board.
