A designer of Test Section Design has to provide a technical solution in order to respond to a test request on a section or a part of a gas turbine. Systems can be adapted from a previous design or completely new, also they can have various kind of sensors to generate data. At the end of a project, the designer will edit the drawings helping to manufacture the test section.

As a method agent, I had to design and modify the assembly books used by the operators on the production line of the Challenger 350 aircraft. The method agent prepare the documents in order to apply engineering changes on the an aircraft.

First of all, I studied every steps of the Berthoud sprayer production line and particularly quality control. Thereafter I created, harmonized and grouped all the tracking documents filled by the personnel at their work station. By the end of my mission, the tracking of every critical part was documented. However for some component a test was required in order to check, for example, the sealing of the hydraulics (pumps, filters, etc). To do this, I designed and created a single test-bench for testing a variety of component with as much material as I can find inside the company. Also, I wrote several specification documents for other test-bench made during an another internship.
