In this role to date, I have provided high-level advocacy services to the Hungarian business' sector. I represented the interests of Hungarian employers and industrialists including the preparation of comprehensive analytical reports and recommendations to influence policy making. I determine and improve low-performing areas in the field of business environment and employment, as well as plan and conduct effective analysis of government policy.Acting as chair of the employers' side in national reconciliation process in labour- and social affairs. Some core contributions are the followings: ● Spearheaded and delivered five high-value (up to 400K budget) EU funded projects from conception to completion under budget and time; focused on HR and enterprise development.● Represented collective thoughts and opinions of Hungarian Employers in EU-related socio-economic debates across a variety of Forums including BusinessEurope.

Supported, and guided 200+ HR managers / leaders. Monitored and streamlined labour compliance procedures in several agricultural farms. Managed negotiations for the annual sectoral minimum wage agreements (Agri-sector) in two consecutive years and negotiated / finalised annual maintenance of sectoral collective agreement. Enabled innovative policy enhancements (National and EU level). Some core contributions included the following:-Spearheaded labour compliance procedures in several agricultural farms, drawing on a wealth of technical and practical expertise.- Led negotiations for the annual sectoral minimum wage agreements (Agri-sector) in two consecutive years and successfully negotiated the annual maintenance of the sectoral collective agreement. Pioneer of innovative policy enhancements (national and EU level) including the Labour Code rule on daily rest period and the limitation of de-minimis coverage in some employment-related state subsidy of agriculture. -Chair of the Employers' side in the national reconciliation process (OÉT) in labour and social affairs.

Supported and guided employees and union members of the manufacturing sector with the followings: • advisory on labour law and social affairs to union members• active participation in collective bargaining on enterprise and sectoral level• representing the interest of union members on national and European level• training of members on labour law, collective bargaining and skill-developments (negotiations, communication) as trainer and author of curricula.
