I designed and implemented over 20 hours of learning content for corporate and customer-facing audiences over the course of Agile sprints.I also reduced new hire onboarding labor hours by 50% by creating accessible asynchronous content and collaborating with stakeholders to streamline processes. I designed and implemented the College Prep curriculum in collaboration with Lee College (Baytown, TX).The goals of the course were to: • Prepare students to succeed on the Texas Success Initiative Assessment and excel in higher education• Reframe and reinforce supportive reading strategies to improve student outcomes I assigned all learning materials in Crosby ISD's Learning Management System (Schoology) through affiliates like Articulate 360, Kami, and the Google and Microsoft product suites. I also coordinated the University Interscholastic League on CHS campus, which included managing supplies and calendars, communicating with the coaches, and organizing the CHS invitational events.

I directed the first occurrence of Camp Tech Revolution at Rice University, establishing all camp routines, coordinating events and access with the Rice University Conferences Office, and managing a team of 22 instructors. Our camp was conducted in-person and hosted up to 120 campers each week. The Rice University location was Lavner Education's largest and most profitable camp in the nation throughout the summer.

Remote

I moved at the beginning of the 2018-2019 school year and worked as a remote tutor instead of a classroom teacher.I managed a portfolio of 15-20 clients and their students, provided regular hours of virtual tutoring each week, and engaged with parents to keep them appraised of the process. Each student set a goal and created actionable steps to complete. I evaluated each student's needs and recommended additional hours if necessary. This year of remote tutoring was my first experience with virtual instruction and influenced my later curriculum design projects.

I established the Visual Arts Program at KIPP: Prime College Prep. As the founding Art teacher, I created an introductory art curriculum for 5th and 6th graders.​The course goals included: • Introducing students to several art mediums • Incorporating visual art theory into immediate consideration and practice • Analyzing the social impact of visual art and providing opportunities for students to express their beliefs and ideasI also founded the KIPP: Prime Artists Art Club and organized the creation of the school's first student mural.

P&P is a privately-owned night-out destination, perfect for bachelorette and birthday parties, girls' and guys' nights, date nights, corporate events, kids' camps, and more! As Lead Artist, my responsibilities included: • Instructing/assisting classes of four to forty-five customers (ages 6-65+) in the creation of a two to three hour moderately difficult painting • Managing the storage and use of various materials (canvases, paint, etc.) • Maintaining a stress-free and enjoyable atmosphere throughout potentially stressful classes • Creating original artwork for use in future classes (Starry Night in Baton Rouge, NOLA Stoop, etc.) • Managing multiple business media accounts (Twitter, Instagram, and Facebook) for the promotion of classes and parties

Lsu Lab School & Denham Springs High School

As a teacher intern, I was responsible for completing 180 teaching hours (excluding observation and tutoring), participating in the classroom activities and holding the hours of my mentor teacher, and designing and implementing a lesson plan. By the end of my two semesters of experience, I had designed and taught both a three-week 6th-grade-level unit on Drama and a five-week 10th grade research project. I also logged over 250 teaching hours as part of 580 general classroom experience hours. Additionally, I was responsible for completing an action-research project with my students. The main period of data collection took place during my Fall placement (2016), and the project was completed and defended with the completion of my Master's Degree in the Spring (2017).

Baton Rouge, Louisiana

As a tutor, I worked with students with a variety of levels of visual impairment in a range of subjects. Most of my students were middle school age or above. In Afternoon Enrichment, I helped them finish up their homework or study for tests the next day. Occasionally, I also helped my supervising teacher with some classroom tasks, like filing assignments or making copies. The best part about this position is that I've been able to work with the same students for more than a year at a time, which is particularly fun because I get to watch them progress and improve.

Louisiana State University

Lead Desk Assistants are more or less second-tier managers for the Desk Assistants in the Residential Halls on campus. There are fourteen Res Halls in all, and all LDA's responsibilities include: 1. Overseeing a Home Desk and working with the Resident Life Coordinator of the community to ensure that desk runs as smoothly as possible.2. Attending staff meetings and brainstorming sessions with the intent to lower employee turnover across campus and improve the general experience of working at a desk, including contributing to training exercises and reward programs.3. Being "on call" for a number of hours per week (including overnight) and responding to questions and emergencies across campus during those hours. 4. Additionally working a number of hours at their home desk each week.

Louisiana State University

Resident Assistants live in and oversee communities on campus to help ensure and safety and well-being of the residents therein. Additionally, RA's: 1. Prepare and conduct programs for the enjoyment and benefit of residents, like sexual health or resume writing programs. 2. Contribute artistically to the halls, in the forms of bulletin boards, posters, flyers, and handouts.3. Undergo extensive training for preparedness in the case of emergencies, student crises, and/or natural disasters.4. Go "on call" roughly once per week and respond to any emergencies during that time.5. Attend weekly meetings with the intention of improving the overall experience of living on campus for the residents. My favorite part of the job was interacting with my residents, honestly. I baked for them pretty frequently.

Painting with a Twist is an entertainment locale, and is both a painting studio and a party destination. Patrons are encouraged to bring the beverage of their choice, as well as any snacks they desire. Canvases, brushes, easels, paint and instruction are provided. The Artist's responsibilities include: 1. Walking each customer step-by-step through the evening's painting. 2. Ensuring that every customer leaves happy with what they have created. (Lots of encouragement!)3. Maintaining an upbeat, positive, party-like atmosphere. 4. Stepping in the fix problems or mistakes as needed. Sometimes I got cake as a tip (the literal best).
