• Manage the consumer products and licensing portfolio of projects including: proposal and scope development; establish timelines, deliverables and dependencies; funding/resource coordination; develop risk mitigation plans; manage budgets; and drive implementation.• Develop and manage consumer products & licensing calendar to track assigned project timelines, due dates, launch dates, etc.• Communicate creative design direction for all licensed categories in order to develop concepts that meet the business objectives of the company and reinforce the brand DNA.• Lead cross-functional meetings with stakeholders; review project status, drive timelines and deliverables; communicate dependencies.• Evaluate project performance following project implementation.
