Hello! I'm Adrienne, a 2024 graduate from the Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine (LECOM), deeply passionate about advancing healthcare through pharmacy practice. My journey thus far has been enriched by diverse experiences and a steadfast commitment to learning and growth.During my Advanced Pharmacy Practice Experience (APPE) rotations at Sarasota Memorial Hospital, I immersed myself in various facets of pharmacy, including a specialized focus in Infectious Disease (ID) and Pediatrics/NICU. These rotations not only honed my clinical skills but also deepened my understanding of patient-centered care and interdisciplinary collaboration.In addition to my clinical rotations, I am experienced in medication therapy management, vaccine administration, effective communication with doctors and other medical staff, and patient education. These skills have been instrumental in my ability to provide comprehensive pharmaceutical care and support to patients across diverse healthcare settings.Currently, I am a graduate intern at Walgreens, where I enjoy fostering connections with patients through CMR calls while pursuing my professional aspirations. I'm eagerly preparing to embark on the next phase of my journey by studying for the North American Pharmacist Licensure Examination (NAPLEX) and Multistate Pharmacy Jurisprudence Examination (MPJE).Beyond the realm of pharmacy, I find joy in staying active through running and cherishing quality time with my two wonderful kids.
