Shared all aspects of the work of a leading American organization devoted to the management of inter- and intra-ethnic conflicts in Central and Southeastern Europe and the former Soviet Union by providing neutral, high-level private diplomacy through interaction with governments, political parties, and the leaders of ethnic communities. Managed projects in: Montenegro, Serbia, Kosovo, and was primary event coordinator for Balkan regional conferences.

Coordinated visits to New York of high-level St. Petersburg government officials. Logistical coordination included: setting up meetings with the NYC Mayor’s Office, municipal agencies and collaborating with the Mayor’s Protocol Office; organizing roundtables for member companies and delegates; creating English/Russian manuals discussing such topics as illegal migration, counterfeit goods, and counterterrorism initiatives; booking hotel rooms and transportation vehicles for delegates; issuing press releases and responding to media questions.

Summer Fellowship for the American Chamber of Commerce 's Customs Project funded by USAID and in consultation with Georgia Business Climate Reform and the Georgian Ministry for Economic Development. Visited and assessed 17 checkpoints along the Georgian border. Created methodology training manuals for a timing procedure to assess the period of time it takes commercial and passenger vehicles to complete Customs procedures.

Proofread and copy-edited academic and scientific journals both in hardcopy and electronic format for large-scale commercial publishing company. Applied specific style formats to journal layouts; researched article sources.
