Lead team of 3 to support all IT needs of 300 person company. Consult on company-wide projects to ensure IT needs are achievable. Coordinate with vendors to ensure contracts were being met. Responsible for department budget of 1.5MM allocated across 20 cost centers. Maintained operations during staffing shortages when 40% of IT department positions were open. Responsible for department inventory and cash management. Assisted CIO, Managing Directors, and a consultant on the design of Dynamics CRM for Commercial Brokerage. Trained 100 brokers on Dynamics CRM remotely and created written SOP with videos.

Supported 200 Yardi users in 6 departments for all Yardi tickets. Coordinated with Yardi for Tier 2 support. Rolled out Check Scan and remote deposit to 50 residential sites. Led internal implementation teams and completed end-user training on Building Engines, Paylease, and Avid conversion. Trained and enforced use of Commercial Recoveries for annual CAM reconciliations. Coordinated with the leaders of operational departments, Accounting, Commercial, Residential, Maintenance, and Corporate Accounting, to create and document process flows, procedures, and execute projects. Completed setup for 10 affordable properties. Responsible for mapping file locations during our migration to Share Point, Trained 200 employees on Teams, One Drive, and Share Point during COVID while maintaining Yardi support responsibilities. Wrote Power Automate flow that allows users to submit IT tickets using a Microsoft Form and the response with attachment was emailed to help desk. Rolled out Zen Desk for the IT department and enforced ticket submission. Received company award for Collaboration (2018) and Entrepreneurial (2019) values.

My assigned portfolio included 77 properties including commercial, conventional residential, and mixed-use properties. Core responsibilities included financial preparation, bank reconciliation, and coordinating with property accountants. Eliminated 60 hours of manual work a month through excel automation, report scheduler, and standardization. While maintaining Accounting responsibilities also implemented Commercial Cafe for 238 properties. Assisted with the implementation of Core Work Orders, Mobile Maintenance, Recoveries, Advanced Budgeting, and Management Fee billing with Cross entity.

Completed financials for 59 commercial properties. Responsible for completing annual tenant CAM reconciliations and preparing estimates. Temporarily managed 4 commercial properties for 2 years until Indianapolis office was opened. In addition to financial and management responsibilities also implemented Pay Scan and Marketplace for157 properties. Completed setup for 150+ bank accounts on cash management for Bill Pay, Merchant Accounts, and Check Scan. Assisted with the conversion from 6.0 to 7s. Wrote SOP for the Commercial Accounting department.

Processed 1000 payables a week. Assisted with the transition from processing payables in Skyline to Avid. Responsible for data mapping portion for accounts payable when Core 6.0 was implemented. Wrote processes for Accounts Payable once the conversion was complete.
