• Oversee all vendor billing including: obtain proper approvals and coding on all invoices, reconcile vendor statements• Manage deposits, cash handling, and prepare and process international drafts and wires, domestic wires, and ACH transfers• Process annual 1099 returns, annual audit schedule preparation, prepare accounts payable accrual and other journal• Train new and existing staff on accounts payable procedures including accounting codes, deadlines, and required• Provide support to overall accounting function at art museum process allocated and pre-approved expenditures, set up new vendor files on accounting software, manage credit card and revolving credit charge accounts entries as necessary, review and reconcile travel reports for all employees documentation
