Responsible for directing and integrating Regulatory, Accreditation, Quality Management, Performance Improvement, and Patient Relations functions. Facilitates interdisciplinary team activities and management of communication plans. Provides consultation and leadership to executive, administrative, clinical, and technical associates in order to operate in full compliance with regulatory agencies, such as DNV, TJC, CMS, and/or IDPH. Objectively and systematically directs, assesses, monitors, evaluates, and facilitates improvements of the processes that affect the quality of patient care. Serves as AIMMC's ISO 9001 Quality Management System (QMS) Coordinator. Manages, monitors, evaluates, and coordinates the site’s QMS, including a focus on the following: Record Control, Document Control, Control of Non-Conforming Products, Audits, Corrective Action, and Preventive Action. Leads AIMMC’s Regulatory Committee and Policy & Procedure Committee; Assists the Vice President in supporting the Quality Management Oversight Committee and Performance Improvement Committee.
