• Manage the financial and contractual analysis of employee benefit plans, including the marketing each line of coverage to alternative carriers, providing benefit plan modification options and employer contribution scenarios• Conduct renewal audits and negotiate with insurance carriers on client’s behalf to ensure competitive rates and benefit plan designs• For larger clients, provide a quarterly medical, prescription drug, dental and vision claims utilization analysis to monitor the performance of these plans and to aid in future budgeting
