Manage the Global Leadership Network (GLN) and execute the formalization of QLF’s alumni network; alumni hail from 75 countries. Work in a diverse, international team to manage and facilitate alumni networking, partnerships, and consulting teams. Manage interns working on the GLN.Facilitate communication among QLF’s consultants, directors, interns, volunteers and international alumni.Head-up organization of an international QLF Congress to take place in Barcelona in November 2016.Conduct interviews with international alumni and write articles about their professional trajectories.Write grant proposals to secure funding for QLF projects.

Work on the "Resilient Communities in Residential and Mixed-use Development" program, which applies deliberative and participatory methods to housing development in Metropolitan Melbourne.Main tasks include:- Deliver a report, based on targeted interviews with experts, outlining lessons learned from past initiatives that have integrated participatory and co-design methods in housing development.- Additional program assistance including participatory development research, in the creation of an invitation for expressions of interest, and in meetings with relevant stakeholders and an expert Advisory Panel.- Co-wrote an article on participatory housing development published by the University of Melbourne, titled "Building with the people"

Researched the proposed Canadian “Extractive Sector Transparency Measures Act” on behalfof the Chiefs of Ontario as part of a McGill team including five undergraduate students and a supervising professor.Predicted possible impacts of the Act on communities and the environment.Conducted comprehensive policy analysis; in-depth research on “duty to consult” and possible ecological impacts of the Act; facilitated communication between research team, client and stakeholders; conducted interviews with senior members of national organizations.Selected to present work at McGill Sustainability Research Symposium.
