Sole responsibility for all phases of the Human Resources Department for a corporation operating in three states. To include: • Development and management all phases of recruiting and onboarding for all staff; including a seasonal staff of over 600 people across three states and 30 cities. • Development and management of interviewing process to include in person and online platforms. • Development and management of employee onboarding program; including in person, video and remote programs. • Conduct Human Resources Training for Supervisors and Managers. • Management of employment paperwork and personal records in person and remotely. • Administration of Employee Benefits including Health/Dental Insurance, Life and Accident Insurance, Vacation, FMLA and Worker’s Compensation. • Management of Unemployment Claims processing and Tax Reporting. • Administration of time clock systems, processing and auditing of employee hours for payroll systems. • Tracking of employee wages, raises, and promotions. • Administration of employee feedback program. • Lead investigations for employee complaints. • Serving as an advisor to Supervisors and Managers regarding staffing development and employee management. • Serving as an HR Business Partner to Owners and Managers to help with employee attraction and retention, employee engagement, process improvements as well as legal processes.
