Adrienne Watson, PhD. established her thought leadership in animal biomedical research, regenerative medicine, and neuro-oncology early in her career landing her in current roles as Chief Science Officer and VP of Research and Development in two startup ventures. Adrienne leverages her expertise in therapeutics development and oncology in developing novel IP platforms for viable startup entities in the biotechnology space. She recently accessed 10 therapeutic assets and developed strategic plans for bringing multiple treatment candidates into the clinic to improve patient outcomes.Adrienne’s extensive industry research networks in the Minneapolis/St. Paul area and globally have led to lucrative research collaborations and co-development partnerships. She has strategically leveraged her network to establish the premier global scientific advisory board on Glioblastoma and Neurofibromatosis Types 1&2. Adrienne sits on several scientific advisory boards including the University of Minnesota’s Institute for Engineering in Medicine and Department of Biomedical Engineering. She has held numerous leadership roles within Recombinetics and is Founder and CSO of Therillume. Adrienne is acknowledged for her entrepreneurial drive and scientific insights, always seeking the next innovation or breakthrough.
