Providing patient centred cleaning duties, food and beverage service, patient transport and general ward/patient support. Responsible for ensuring that Victorian Public Health cleaning and food safety standards are met. High level of communication with patients, visitors and colleagues to deliver exceptional service.

Contacting first year students at key times to assist them in settling into Monash University, connecting with their faculty and peers and to prepare them for study. Providing an informative and supportive service to ensure students experience a positive and successful first year at University.

Working collaboratively with the Student Council to provide an excellent student experience on the Monash Peninsula campus. Performing administrative duties for MONSU Peninsula, including organisation and running of meetings, assisting with financial matters, student representative elections, marketing and advertising, social media presence and sponsorship. Overseeing the Management and Communications portfolio and supporting all Student Representatives in their roles. Previous role held: MONSU Clubs & Societies Officer 2015 - Awarded MONSU Peninsula Excellence in Portfolio Development Award 2015.
