-Identify, cultivate, solicit, and steward donors at the $5,000+ level or where personal contact with donors is a critical factor.-Manage a portfolio of 100+ individuals, prepare proposals, ask for donations to raise support for patient services, public affairs initiatives, education programs and capital needs, and achieving a set fundraising goal every year.-Serve as major gifts liaison to PPMNS Action Fund, including contributing to the creation and execution of an annual Action Fund fundraising workplan.-Coordinate major donor (including planned gift donors) relations activities with board members and development volunteers.-Assist in the strategic planning for and implementation of capital, major donor and endowment campaigns.

Design, plan, and implement development-based special events. -Work with staff, vendors, service providers and volunteers to ensure highly effective and successful events-Manage event RSVP's and event inquiries-Oversee and coordinate development-based events, including but not limited to: setting event goals with staff and volunteers, event planning and implementation, invite production and mailing, and event follow-up-Coordinate with donors and volunteers on events throughout region

-Ensure successful community engagement and fundraising through special events at the Minnesota AIDS Project-Coordinates the logistics of the Minnesota AIDS Walk, the largest HIV fundraiser in the state, and other special events-Establishes a budget for the AIDS Walk and other events-Works in close collaboration with communications staff on the marketing and promotion of all events-Works in close collaboration with volunteer staff on the strategic engagement for volunteers in the AIDS Walk and other events-Works to maximize the fundraising opportunities related to special events, including establishing and maintaining relationships with sponsors, and engaging individuals to raise funds-Coordinates social media for the Minnesota AIDS Project including Facebook page at www.facebook.com/MinnesotaAIDSProject and Twitter @MNAIDSProject-Manage corporate giving relationship and records.

-Assist with the creation, execution, and maintenance of social media strategies and tactics.-Assist with media relations and event management.-Help with overall development of TWLS website-Write and develop web content,newsletters, and blogs.

-Assisted with a variety of tasks such as travel arrangements,accreditation, accommodation, support for supplies, registration, etc.-Act as a liaison between Rights Holding Broadcasters and OBS operations.-Optimized resources to aid in the preparation of the Olympic Winter Games and improve the efficiency of the Host Broadcast operation
