I wear many hats. My main focus is API integrations, shop tech, marketing funnels, and efficiency.

Voted Best Dispensary in Los Angeles by LA Weekly. I communicate with my team via campaigns, reporting, and content. I manage freelance contributors for Digital and print content, update websites (via Weebly or WordPress), Analyze reports (via Google Analytics, etc), and order marketing and tech materials. I also attend events, train the street team, and maintain the brand voice.I juggle a slew of operational tasks, including software integrations, IT security, tech, and efficiency with finances and employee training. As with any small business, my role wore many hats. I was also deeply involved in shop operations including tech, software, sales, merchandising, legalities and regulations, packaging, and delivery.

I curate products for a small but booming CBD store next to a dispensary and events space. I also run tech, inventory, marketing and the website, as well as product development.

I submitted editorials and exposés in the cannabis industry.

I blogged for CloudV about everything from vapes to product descriptions, event coverage and general health knowledge regarding e-cigs, e-juices and other oils. I also wrote copy material, ran their social media accounts, and developed creative content for the brand. At events, I managed the booth and freelance workers.

In addition to pushing and boosting content for five websites on various social platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, Instagram, Tumblr, etc) I edited images to comply with sizing for all of these accounts. Recently I've added pitching to my resume, as my experience as a comedian adds a humorous touch to editorial meetings. Knowing Google trends helps me to pitch the hottest, most relevant content in each of the voices of the brands I represent.For reporting I use Google Analytics, Hootsuite, Sprout Social, ComScore and various marketing/sales websites to track progress. If anyone in the company wants to know how a post is performing, they come to me. They also come to me for post-its, because I hoard them.

I was the voice behind the social media accounts for the South Florida Improv Clubs: I handled the Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, Pinterest and online profiles for Palm Beach, Ft. Lauderdale & Miami Improv comedy clubs (and Stand Up Live in Phoenix) as well as designed fundraiser tickets, flyers and social media images for each account. I was also in the clubs regularly, taking pictures, creating videos, running the open mics and contests, and sharing each experience with the world.

Starting with local SEO listings and social media branding, I upgraded my knowledge base at Juicy Results to include Google analytics, blog-writing, competitive research, link-building and website redesign via WordPress. I'm also able to edit CSS and html, and have ramped up my photoshop skills drastically. Using Google Analytics, Hootsuite, SproutSocial, Facebook Insights and bit.ly, and WordPress plugins I tracked the successes for each client and advised them accordingly on how to drive traffic to their websites and create a consistent online presence of which they can be proud.

Training, standards and loss prevention were the skills utilized best here. From store to store I'd train the backroom staff, other managers and over-night workers on how to maintain the strict standards of the iconic brand, as well as how to protect the merchandise from thieves. While I wasn't allowed to tackle people, I still made an impact and lowered LP rates by landslides.
